Connect WhatsApp to your CRM so a new chat becomes a lead, the answers fill the right fields, stage changes trigger the next message, and your team sees the whole conversation on the customer’s timeline.
Created in the CRM · fictional
Most teams already sell on WhatsApp. The question is whether the conversation reaches the system where the sale is managed.
Chats live on a phone or in a shared inbox.
The conversation is part of the record.
Most projects use all four. Each is built against your CRM’s API, so the fields, stages and rules are yours.
The first message from a new number creates a contact and a lead. A returning number is matched to the record it already has, so nobody is entered twice.
A button on your site, a QR code on a poster or a click-to-WhatsApp ad opens the chat with a pre-filled message that carries a reference. We read it and record the source on the lead.
Moving a lead to a new stage, booking a visit or sending a quote can trigger the matching WhatsApp message, written and approved as a template in advance.
Every message is stored against the customer, so whoever picks it up next sees the whole history. Replies come from the CRM’s own conversation view or from a dashboard we build alongside it.
Three questions in the chat, and the CRM already has what a salesperson needs to make a useful first call. Nobody typed anything in by hand.
What the CRM receives
A few well-chosen records are what make the rest possible: matching returning customers, proving consent and reporting by source.
Works with your CRM
Any CRM with an API or webhooks, built against your fields and stages, tested with your data.
Works with SBL Leads
Our own lead-management product can be extended with WhatsApp, so the CRM and the chat arrive together.
Or a CRM built for you
If your sales process outgrew its tools, we can build the CRM and the WhatsApp layer as one system.
Privacy and consent rules differ by country and industry. We go through the ones that apply to you as part of the design.
Any CRM that offers an API or webhooks, which covers most modern platforms, plus CRMs built in-house. We do not promise a ready-made connector for every product: each integration is built against your CRM’s API, tested with your own data and documented.
Yes. Assignment can follow any rule you have: by city, product, language, time of day or simple round-robin. The owner is alerted immediately, and reminded if the chat goes unanswered.
Yes, through approved message templates, for customers who have opted in. A stage change, a booked visit or an overdue payment can each trigger the right template. Replies from the customer come back into the same record.
Where your CRM allows extensions, a conversation panel can live inside it. Where it does not, we build a lightweight inbox next to it that writes everything back to the CRM, so nothing lives only in WhatsApp.
Yes. The regular WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business apps cannot be connected to a CRM programmatically. The Cloud API can, which is what we build on.
We build CRMs too. SBL Leads, our own lead-management product, can be extended with WhatsApp, or we can design a CRM around your sales process from scratch.
Tell us which CRM you use, how leads reach you today and what a salesperson needs to know before the first call.
