Payments & Billing

• Projects may follow milestone-based or subscription-based billing structures.
• Payments must be completed according to agreed payment schedules.
• Delayed payments may result in paused development, restricted access, or delayed deployment.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment completion, clients receive ownership of approved deliverables and project assets unless otherwise specified in writing.

Stack Bridge Labs may continue using general technical knowledge, reusable frameworks, and non-client-specific development practices across future projects.

Support & Maintenance

• Support availability depends on the selected service plan or agreement.
• Free support periods, if offered, apply only to approved operational or technical issues.
• Major upgrades or feature expansions may require additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

Stack Bridge Labs shall not be held liable for indirect business losses, operational interruptions, data loss, third-party service failures, or unforeseen technical issues beyond reasonable control.
